1. Scope

These terms govern your use of shenhezhongke.com and any commercial agreements with Guangdong Shenhe Zhongke Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

2. Use of this website

The site is for B2B information and inquiry. We do not sell direct to consumers. By submitting an inquiry, you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business.

3. Commercial terms

Pricing, MOQ, lead times, and payment terms listed on this site are indicative. A binding agreement requires a signed quotation and NDA. Default terms:

• 30% T/T deposit + 70% balance before shipment (orders < $30,000)
• L/C at sight (orders ≥ $30,000)
• FOB Guangzhou / Shenzhen
• ODM lead time: 15–25 days from artwork approval
• OEM lead time: 30–45 days from formula approval

4. IP and confidentiality

Customer formulas (OEM) remain 100% the property of the customer. We sign NDAs before discussing custom formulas. We do not reproduce, sell, or disclose customer formulas to third parties.

5. Limitation of liability

Lab reports and performance claims on this site come from third-party testing under controlled conditions. Actual results may vary by use, environment, and application. We publish reports in good faith.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Guangzhou courts.
